Write your Unique Meta Description for your Bloggers

As we know blogger is changed lots to become a search engine friendly and having more SEO features. Adding Meta Tags has become very easy. You can do it easily from the Blogger’s User Interface without doing much of Template Editing or finding codes and keep working on it. No need for the expert to create the unique Meta tags.

Let see how it do on our own by simple steps.

Step 1

Go to Settings click Search Preferences. You can see the Meta tags where you can also see the Enable search description. Enable the Meta tags. And start typing your small description about your blog. This text might be used by Search engines when your Blog’s home page is displayed on Search Engines.

Step 2

When you add new post to your blog, you can set the Meta Description from the Post Editor’s Post Settings  Sidebar.

We can always edit the Search Description for existing posts as well whenever we want to change.

Step 3 

If you are having custom template, find whether the code present in the template or not. If you don find the add the below code:

To do that go to Template and Proceed to Edit HTML .
