Bing released its webmasters guidelines which offer general
guidance to website owner on best practices related to SEO for Bing’s search
engine. You can access these guidelines in the help section of Bing’s Webmaster
Tools as a new entry under the “Content Guidelines” section.

Bing’s Webmaster Guidelines handle on things like links and
social media in very general terms, and go into a bit more depth on SEO and
technical website topics. But it is not much informative as Google but
according to Bing’s announcement, that’s by design right now.
