Is it Google will support PageRank Tool Bar in Future?

Google has recently launched a video which explained by Matt Cutts about PageRank tool bar.  The video is all about featuring Matt Cutts supporting the view of having the Toolbar PageRank updated for an only some more years until internet explorer 10 becomes so accepted that fewer people feel the need to add Google Toolbar on their browser. He says still many visitors are still using the PageRank Toolbar to judge the web page importance. Hence Google will keep update the PageRank Toolbar until percentage of users of this toolbar get reduces. This is a future possibility as internet explorer 10 provides as add on free practice, to eliminate the need to install the toolbar. Also Google Chrome does not display the Toolbar PageRank.
