Now the Penguin 4^th update was live with Penguin 4.0 Generation Spam Fighting. This Penguin 4 updates has twist which contains Penguin 2.0 technology under the hood, which Google says is a new generation of tech that should better stop spam.

Matt Cutts, Web spam team of Google has announced the new Penguin 2.0 update during this week in Google.  SEO Eperts has expected major changes in search results. Matt specifically said that 2.3% of English queries will be obviously impacted by this update.
